**Downpayment must be paid in full prior to August 1^st for re-enrolling ABCD families; those joining ABCD this year must pay downpayment when initial application paperwork is submitted.

Ten monthly installments will be due beginning September 1^st and concluding on June 1^st. Monthly payments due are as follows:

1 child $15.00 / month

2 children $25.00 / month

3 or more children $35.00 / month

PAYMENT AGREEMENT: We hereby request the ABCD Tuition Payment Plan to meet our obligation for the annual tuition fee to enroll our child(ren) in the Academy of Biblical Character Development for the current school year.

We agree to pay ABCD $ per month as set forth above. We have enclosed our downpayment of $ as calculated above. We understand that all monthly payments are due by the first of the month, and will be assessed a $5.00 late fee if received after the 10^th day of the month in which it is due. We recognize that excessive delinquency in payment may result in the removal of our family from the ABCD enrollment, and that student records and test scores will not be forwarded until tuition has been paid in full.
